Directions to Sea Winds Condominiums. From I-95 take Exit #311 to hwy 207. Go north on Hwy. 207 to State road 312. Turn right (east) on 312. Remain on SR 312 until it becomes A1A Beach Blvd. Continue on A1A beach blvd. for about for about 3 miles. Sea Winds are next to St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort.

St Augustine Condos

The northern part of Anastasia Island is what most people consider St. Augustine Beach. The city of St Augustine Beach is only about three miles long by about one mile wide. The island is wider allowing larger condominiums at Saint Augustine Beach. Marsh Creek golf course, Publix and the post office are at St Augustine Beach. With over 60 condos in the area, there are plenty of oceanfront condominiums in St Augustine and a few condos with boat slips. In recent years, St Augustine Beach condos has risen to an unparalleled level. Not long ago I had someone contact me looking for a beachfront property. They said that for many years they enjoyed their summers at Crescent Beach. They did not want the upkeep of a beachfront home so they were considering oceanfront condos. They were looking for a more private, upscale condo on the ocean. The city where they lived was only about an hour away and they wanted a beach house to slip away to. We looked at several condos at Crescent Beach and finally settled on Atlantic East . One thing they liked about Atlantic East condo is that Atlantic East limits their rentals to a six month minimum. You don't see many people and most of the people you see are owners. They liked the security gate and covered parking. We submitted offers and were able to get them a good buy on a condo at Crescent Beach.
